The applicant must agree to abide by all rules. Organizers reserve the right to change/alter/modify the rules and format of the pageant at any point of time without any prior notice or intimation. 

  • The applicant must agree to abide by all rules.
  • Organization: ‘Diadem’ ‘Diadem’ is a registered organization. Any misuse of the copyright, name, content or images will result into legal prosecution.
  • Organizers reserve the right to change/alter/modify the rules and format of the pageant at any point of time without any prior notice or intimation.
  • Eligibility:  21 to 50 years of age.
  • The applicant should be a bonafide citizen of Republic of India, NRI or belonging to Indian origin.
  • The applicant should be a natural female.
  • The applicant shall be required to produce a valid document as proof of identity and age.
  • Valid Document: Passport, Birth Certificate, Driving license, Aadhar card etc.
  • The applicant must declare if she is under any commercial contract with any modelling agency at the time of appearing for auditions.
  • In Mrs Category the applicant should be married/separated or a single mother.
  • Incorrect /fake information will result to immediate disqualification, whether discovered during / prior or post auditions.
  • The applicant once shortlisted cannot participate in any other pageant.
  • Any applicant having criminal or judicial proceedings against shall not be eligible.
  • Applicant must pay registration fees on the payments section of the website.
  • Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Diadem Mrs India Legacy® holds the right to use photographs, videos and other details provided by the contestant for any promotional activity/s planned in present or to be planned in future. Contestant by accepting the rules and regulation of the organization abide and give consent of usage of such material mentioned above for promotional activity. The organization shall bear no compensation in kind or cash to the contestants for the material used as mentioned above.
  • The organizers shall not be responsible for the applicant or any of her personal belongings.
  • The applicant must maintain and abide by the spirit and values of the show as stated by the organizers.
  • In the event of disputes organizers decision shall be final.
  • In the event if any dispute arises, will be settled mutually by a sole arbitrator appointed by the organizers. The jurisdiction of the Courts of Gurgaon shall be applicable.
  • The organization shall not be responsible for any monetary loss/damage to property or physical injury that occurs/caused to the contestant on account of their participation in the Competition and during the events organized by organization.
  • Registration fees is Rupees 2000 Plus 18% GST and once shortlisted, contestants will have to pay Pageant entry fee  which shall include Accommodation, Meals, Pageant Coaching, Costumes, Makeover, Professional Portfolio, Promotion & Gift Hampers etc. 
  • The fee is Non-Refundable and Non-Adjustable.
  • In the event of non-payment of above mentioned fees the participant/ contestant shall be disqualified by default.
